About Jewish Frosh

What is Jewish Frosh?

Jewish Frosh has been one of McGill's alternative froshes for many years! This year McGill Chavurah and Am McGill, two Jewish Clubs, are working together to coordinate the event! We've been planning some great events for (probably) your first Shabbat in Montreal! This year, it will include a variety of in-person events that will all be outside.

What Will the Shabbat Service Be Like?

We will be holding a non-denominational egalitarian Shabbat service outdoors and socially distanced. Please ask if you have any questions!

If you are looking for a traditional or Orthodox service for Friday evening, check out Chabad at McGill on Facebook or their website: www.ChabadMcGill.com.

What About my Faculty Frosh?

Because we want Jewish Frosh and McGill Frosh week to be the best experience for you, feel free to sign up for your faculty Frosh AND Jewish Frosh! Just indicate on the registration form which events you will be likely attending.

What About the 11th Plague of Passover?

Jewish Frosh will adhere to all the health guidelines and will ensure a safe environment. All of our events will be outside and in open spaces.

How Much Does Jewish Frosh Cost?

The registration fee is 30$
